General Check-in / Check-out Policy is as per below:
Check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is between 10:30 am to 11:00 am
Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered. Charges as applicable
In case of cancellation of booking, cancellations made 8 or more days before check in date will be fully refunded. No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days from check in date will incur 100% charge of the booking and no refund will be given. In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 10% as payment processing charges, internet handling fees and other charges .
Amendment of bookings is not allowed.
Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking) by which the booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
In case the booking amount is paid using credit card, the refund will be processed on the credit card.
Children up-to 5 Years of age can stay free. Additional charges applicable for children between 5 and 12 years. 13 years will be charged as per extra adult rate.
In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in. Indian Nationals can present any of the following which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
The management has the right to forcefully checkout guests who are found misbehaving, misconduct, not following the basic rules set by the management and disturbing the other guests without any refund.
The kitchen closes by 11pm and the last order is 10 30pm. Post 11 30 pm the resort premises is a noise free zone.
The management is not responsible for the loss of any items.
